Okay, Im all about *****ing and complaining as you all likely more than know, but seriously, send him a forum PM and just be happy we got a damn update, the party GUI and the fact that the wands have stats is pretty damn amazing, would this of ever happened with Bjorn, uh, No.

Even though I butt heads with you Tig, thanks for the update.

There's a difference between complaining and bringing forth problems with an update. Tig is the kind of person who takes criticism well and I'm sure he's taking notes of all the bugs so they can be fixed. This is a good thing. Just being 'content' that there is finally an update is how Graal ended up the way it is now.

Yes, Fenix, I agree. Your wand which is REALLY hard to get, I mean damn near impossible, does have ****ty stats, almost everything is - and it was -15 cold or something. It had + resistance of confusion or something which is useless. It does need to have better stats.

I dunno... rare != powerful. Ya the whole negative things are bad but I don't think it should have above average stats either. Rare things should be rare because there are not many in circulation, not because they are better than the rest.

Rare items should have more value than the more common items right?
Doesn't seem to be the case here. Although I am sure Tig has some meaning behind this. (I hope)
Maybe i misunderstood Tig's first post about giving rarer wands better stats since they were rarer. :O

Their value is the fact that they're rare.

In general rare items are better than common items, but the association isn't so absolute that the rarest item is the best item and the quality of items falls from there in exact proportion to the decline in rarity. For example, Thunder Sword and Talefung are both better than common swords, but Thunder Sword is a bit better than Talefung because you can get a higher Ogma blessing than you can a Leuc blessing, even though Talefung is rarer. The new wand stats aren't precisely proportional to rarity, but they follow the same sort of rough association that swords do.

Yeah i get it, it just sucks that my once "rare" wand has depreciated in value.
It's still pretty though

I have to disagree, Talefung with a Govannon blessing (which has no resistance possibilities atm) gives you the chance to poison and also use weapon magic 24/7. There are 2 Talefungs and 1 Angelblade, their ability to poison + have another blessing makes them the best weapons in the game. But with the wands, the difficulty to find them should be factored into the stats. For items such as like Valentine's Wands or w/e arent necessarily difficult to find in the manner of them dropping from a monster, but in the fact that its just an old item. I think theres a difference.

Let me show you what happens when I punch someone without holy possession of Govannon ( no weaponmagic ), and let me show you what happens when I punch someone with holy possession of Govannon ( weaponmagic )

Ask a few people about that, it is its own element in a weird way.
