That sounds a bit questionable. By the same logic, bittorrent trackers are perfectly legal because they just provide links and do not actually store the illegaly distributed material in question.
That's the PirateBay's logic and it's working for them. They only store a hash on their servers thus companies find it impossible to sue them through Swedish law
