Yeah, Swedish law. Graal is operating in France and has servers in the US, as far as I know. It is not going to work there.

Edit: Also it did not protect PirateBay from being harassed by the police and having their hardware confiscated. I can imagine team Eurocenter would be more than willing to disallow people illegaly streaming music in order to avoid that.
