If you're streaming the music from a separate webserver, then you don't face any copyright infringement liability, neither does Graal. The owner of the webserver that has uploaded it, and made it available for streaming, does. It's the same concept that protects MP3 search engines.

So, as long as the files are being streamed, rather than played from the server, he should be fine. Of course, you should probably heed the webserver's rules, which probably prohibits streaming. If you're in need of good, royalty-free music provider, search for OC Remix.
