It would be just like street PK'ing really.. sure there's _some_ lag but you could go to the spar arena if you want less lag

I like the idea of outdoor arena, people could watch others fight openly and like fiber said players would walk by and be like "meh, I'll add myself to the queue, hell, why not?"

Would this affect normal street/gmap Pk though? Probably.
