Ya...PPA honestly never served a purpose except to be an exclusive club. It kind of got out of hand when there were secret islands being built for us. I was surprised how many people wanted to be in it though, it's not like we really did anything.

Bounty Hunter is basically Wil. I haven't seen anybody else on tag excluding Sigma (from time to time).

The same goes for PPA.

I'm not sure what the new system will bring, but whose going to pay $200-500 just to see somebody die once, or to be protected for "x" amount of time. To me, it's fun, but not worth the cost.

A large part of PPA will be gang raid contracts.
