It has nothing to do with being stupid, whether you are or not, I don't care about.

You asked how to fix this problem, I just told you to use that website I mentioned and submit a ticket, It's quite simple really.

You have upgraded in October, it didn't include the xmas item pack back then. Where does it say that you have some xmas package?

The subscription history page is pulling up the current description of what you bought rather than what it was at the time you actually purchased it. This is probably because the item code (subscription identifier, or whatever you want to call it) is the same, and it only stores that in your history.

So even though you might've bought "12 months Graal Gold Subscription", it's erroneously showing that it was "packed with Xmas items" because that's what the package currently available on the web site is.

It shows an 'xmas package' in my history even in August of 2001, which is obviously not accurate. I guess it should be changed/fixed, because it can be misleading.

If you actually bought the xmas package, you should see it in your order confirmation e-mail. You could also check the details in your PayPal history if you used that method.

Very useful information.

However, that leads to the question, can seperate IDs be used for the X-Mas packages, just to clear up any confusion like this? I'm not sure how fussy paypal would be about deactivating payment codes, but I assume this would not be too difficult to implement.

You don't need to check your emails, like Ibonic said it is only displaying it wrong for you, and like I said you have not got the xmas package.

I would fix the webpage asap if I were you, that is against Consumer Affairs EUROPA and very misleading.

If you buy something from a registered business, and you send your cash, you expect to get what is written there.

It is correctly displayed when you buy it, so what's the problem? The page that is bugged is when you watch some special profile (still don't know the url) where it is listing what you have bought before. Please don't speak such nonsense when it's about money.

LOL. The guy stated that he purchased a subscription thinking it was an x-mas upgrade special, he said it said that on the website, if it does and he didn't get his things, it is false advertising. Don't talk to me about money Stefan.

hook up with that halloween christmas time special next time it comes around, .

Like I said, this is probably something that needs fixing with Paypal purchase options and won't be difficult, it just needs to be done.

Yes, I know he did. But you see, back in October - the XMas package didnt even EXIST. The reason that you think it does, is, when you check your subscription log - you see the CURRENT information about the item (which is Xmas Special). If Stefan were to change the information to "LAWL A SUBSCRIPTION" - thats what would show in your logs.

T_T ok then yall need to fix that, u can serisously get people messed up by doing that. Maybe yall just need to put that up seprate and relsease it every christams, then close it after x-mas so that no one can get this mixed up, cause to me, this is starting to sound like a bad deal, but of course this is my oppinion, and im sure no one cares that its an oppinon, but ive seen so much scamming before i came to graal from Runescape, and its sounds to me like its going on here to, but thats just me ranting

Oh I agree, I was just trying to explain to you. In my oppinion, there should be a different package for Xmas Special that is only "showed" during christmas etc.

2006-02-22 Graal Classic Membership + 12 months Gold Subscription + VIP Membership! + packed with Xmas items

As you can see I bought it around a year ago. THink of it like math (or programming for you other people). The problem you are conversing about displays like this:

Description = X

X is = current definition of packageto save time

Therefore output on form = current input on seperate site.

If that made any sense
