That doesnt mean we should go back to that time levelwise and this thread isnt about you post trying to say how superior one time of classic was. Classic isnt classic bc of the levels in my mind. Ofcourse some buildings have some importance as burger, bank, castle and so on. The list for me isn't that long. I would rather have some buildings and levels kept as a memory of the classic levels and the rest made fresh and new in the spirit of classic with quests, sparring, pking and a good community as the base.

What is the purpose of this thread in your opinion? What should we discuss?

The restoration of the old content is in my opinion the best option the management could take.
Since the current staff claims converting everything is impossible/would take too long (as has been claimed since 2005), I also recommend taking down the NPC server in order to make the process simpler.

While playing the same quests back from old main or from Graal the Adventure would be a great walk down memory lane for some of us, it's not going to cut it as a server today. The reason people played back then was because there was a large community to interact with. If all the old quests got uploaded, people would probably come play them and just get bored, because there is nothing to keep them wanting to play the server.

Classic should keep some of the old quests, but it needs to be more then what it was 8-9 years ago.

The idea isnt to convert everything. I think you are a bad reader. For you it sounds like it's your idea or the impossible one.

And taking the npc server down isnt an option so i don't know why you keep posting the same lines. Maybe if you bought graal from stefan, do that.

Taking down the NPC server is an option, but it's an option that requires the authorization of Stefan.
It doesn't make the solution invalid or irrational, it just means that, if refused, the fault doesn't lie entirely with the server management.

I dont know why you keep posting the impossible. I think most people agree that a fresh start is what we need with some old and many new quests, some old levels and many new levels that actually matter and dont just fill up space.

I'm not posting the impossible, it's all in Stefan's hands (if the management would be willing to go in this direction).

I don't think most people would like a completely fresh start, and I'm sure many agree with my idea, even though they don't post here/are gone from Graal.
A fresh start would turn Classic into just another under-construction playerworld. How many of these actually reach the Classic server list?
