Also what hurts is when I make a post asking for help I get 2 smart-asses instead, who have nothing constructive to say. Your posts are negative and irellavent to anything this discussion was intended for and should be deleted.

I am not in anyway trying to be a smart ass or bring about any arguements or problems. I was simply stating that it hasnt been a consistantly active PW and if the rest of your staff is not cooperating there may be a reason for that. It may be a negative comment, but people need to know the good and bad.
