Your computer may contain virsuses or trojains if you do not have an anti-virus and firewall protector.
I recommend using
Windows Firewall (if you use a Windows OS) and
AVG 8.0 as your anti-virus. Then scan your computer for viruses.
Also, you might want to get rid of all the adware and spyware by using
Spybot - Search & Destroy.
After you've done all of this, restart your computer, start up Graal and see if you notice any improvements. If not, you may have limited space left, or your computer hardware is probably outdated as in being old hardware.
What you could do though, is set the priority for Graal higher.
Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Processes Tab, and locate Graal.exe, Right-click and Set Priority on High. You can try the others AboveNormal or Realtime but I recommend High.
Other than that, I can't think of any other way to help.
