How are we supposed to use the support center if the people we have a complaint about can recieve their own tickets?

Try? People complain about moderators being too strict or abusive but can never really give any prove for that. So at the end it's just about fighting and bashing the mods, which cannot be allowed.

If the thread is breaking a rule, then it's going to be closed. I'm not quite sure which part of this you people don't quite understand.

Well I am quite sure that they don't close tickets which are directed to me or unixmad, although I have seen that the people complaining often don't really want that since they don't have any real prove. We will see.

Is there a way this can be proven? Because we actually have proof of a not-so-isolated incident awhile ago in which a support ticket was sent about an unfair ban by a mod (I wont say who but I think we all know who im talking about). Who banned a user for something most users get away with when talking to someone else.

The ticket was sent, it was opened, a bad reply made, and closed.

Unless im missing something, dosent this completely defeat the point of the SUPPORT center?

nevermind apparently rufus posted it but im not changing my post

Why do mods even have access to tickets? I mean how many of them actually play actively? Stefan, Unixmad and the PWA should have access but why mods?

I think support center admins only have access to the tickets which are relevant to their jobs. For example, I can't see tickets about account administration because I'm not an account admin.

I personally don't get all this rebeling. This forum was created for the discussion of graal. There's a whole load of other forums which are quite nice for whatever you're trying to post.

Honestly? I just think everyone is sick of having to watch every single thing that they post in case of the mass amount of repercussion that comes with it.

This is the part I dont get and seems to be the Mods basis for Moderation, there are other places to go, but dosent graal want our buisness here, on their forums? Not populating other peoples forums?

Guys my thread was mostly just a question about the access of the support center, Im glad it wasnt deleted, and to me is a step in the right direction at least. Walls of Text never did anything but look daunting.

I'm really sick of watching people being treated like crap by MODS and hoping that new players won't just turn right around when they see these forums. Talk about unwelcoming.

We don't make money with letting people harass other people, no matter if they are normal forum members or moderators. You can't believe that we would make more money if we allow such illegal things. This is just not the place to express personal feelings about moderators. If someone has a real problem then he/she can use the support center. That is simple to understand.

Not everyone has problems to voice here. Some of them just want to have a good time, but I see little of that happening. ffs, we can't even jokingly call one another '*****'. That's like saying calling you "Silly Stefan". How far is it going to go? Soon we won't be able to say "dummy" and "poop".

Words like "gay" or "*****" just don't fit in normal discussions. They are accepted by a lot of people to say that they don't like the other person, but that doesn't make it ok to use them in an international discussion forum of an online game.

Good luck explaining, or trying to. It is a waste of time. I have done it way too many times, and unless I change what I do, then I am accused of ignoring. I can have a 2 day discussion with someone in a support ticket, or forum PM, but if they don't get their way, I am ignoring them. That is why I don't even bother anymore with these threads. All I do is keep repeating myself, and then get accused of ignoring them because I don't give in.
It does not matter that these rules are from Unixmad. I am suppose to slack off. I am done arguing, or trying to explain. It isn't me ignoring the members, it is the members ignoring me, you, Unixmad, and the rules.

Now you are just trying to add fuel to the fire and if no one else will say it I will, this isnt helping any, you are just trying to make things seem worse then they are and make us look bad.

There is a whole lot of positive discussion on the topic, but instead of listening to it we often run into these things.

"Learn to discuss first" Okay we did, so we try
"No use the support center instead" okay fair enough
"Sorry we wont do/change or even consider fixing anything" okay well ill try posting something and seeing who agrees.
"Sorry use the support center" uh, well okay.
"Sorry we arent going to do anything, or we are going to close your ticket without good reason" okay...
"No dont post in public forum, use the support center or PM" ...

I wonder if anyone else can see what im getting at here.

Also a lot of people with a very positive outlook on this are often just blantantly ignored because you like grouping all the users togather.

Who decides this? And where does it end? First it's *** and *****, then it's homosexual and silly head, then flamboyant and dum-dum... ffs, people will ALWAYS find ways to insult one another, it just HAPPENS. There is no way that you can justify removing everyone's fun just because of what some people take to heart, and what some people abuse. If you want to do so, then you'll have to deal with situations in which people feel the need to refuse your logic and suggest their own.
