How are we supposed to use the support center if the people we have a complaint about can recieve their own tickets?

and delete them or mark them as "viewed" and nothing will be done.

Try? People complain about moderators being too strict or abusive but can never really give any prove for that. So at the end it's just about fighting and bashing the mods, which cannot be allowed.

They always ignore my tickets for about 4 months and then close them.

But that might just be Bjorn since its about Graal Kingdoms.

This is probably the only reason something would happen, stefan at least replied and gave me a chance to lay out a bigger point.

We have tried, but usually the tickets we submit are opened, then closed by the people they are concerning. Mods should not have access to tickets that concern them, neither should anyone else. This isnt an isolated issue and mods arent the only ones doing it (though its most obvious).

I will do that. I haven't PMed him in years, it took longer. Maybe he pays more attention to them now, hehe. :D

Well I am quite sure that they don't close tickets which are directed to me or unixmad, although I have seen that the people complaining often don't really want that since they don't have any real prove. We will see.

I am all for Mods not having access to tickets that concern them. I would love to see how many tickets get made then that actually have a chance to be read.
