Don't know if this exists or not, but giving business owners a log of who en tered through tag-only doors would be nice.

Yeah i wanted that for the back room here at MMT and Bjorn said he wouldn't that not even the staff have that. We just may need to get together and find someone who can script it for us.

I wanted account name ((well duh only staff can enter properly)) and time in and time out...thats all i wanted that way we know whats up and we can pinpoint times.

its funny though..temp came in saying he would get sam to steal from mmt again..its too funny.

you know what i find sad....when u aren't online none of ur staff is..this is day i think 2 or 3 that i have seen no one there..and i mean morgan has been on with tag but no one is there.

Well you see 4 thefts in a week is kind of discouraging to improvement and work ethic.


However, my staff has been decreased from around 20 to about 8..... so, it should be good now.

Zero hour thats a good idea. Actually I am hiring for 3 positions tommorow. But I am not giving official MMT tags..that way thefts won't happen.

Oh ummm Val one more request. Please tell your staff to not buy from us just so you have stock. They did that before the theft. We don't do it to you so don't do it to us.

I'm not going to tell my staff, who are off tag at the time, what they can or cannot do.

If anything, you should appreciate the business - no one else seems willing to pay ridiculously high prices, except the uninformed.

ok let me rephrase this into english and properly. A few of the SDS staff came over to MMT while on tag and bought stuff so they could keep it in stock over at sds. this was before the major theft at sds.


Is that clear enough for you.

oh and lets make this fair shall we. I don't have access to the MMT menu or i would lower our prices. I still need that done, kick fixed for both the tavern and saloon. So don't start being unfair or i can start spreading that you don't believe in rping....weapons are the way. I seen that rule.

Anyways, logs like this wouldn't be hard to do at all.

Do a savelog2 in a playerenters event in the backroom, storeroom, etc. and have each save to a different log.
True, you'd have to get staff to give you the logs, but that shouldn't be a problem - either Sam or Bjorn are on once every few days and should have access to logs.

Thats actually a good idea and now more then ever i think me and Val need it. Problem is i can't script good enough or at all.

We have, but one of the problems would be that we would have to give outlogs to the owners and managers all the time... It would have to be the way that they can get the logs theirselfs. But I'm not going to give my vote to give people RC access just becasue of such a RP job .
And another one is that I don't understand why there are logs needed anyway. They help you with nothing at all. If someone scammed something you still don't know who it was because they only show if a player enters the room and not if he leaves it. The logs are going to reach a very big size in a few days just because players enter a level. It would be a needle in a haystack to find something (Like with tradinglogs but those actually make sense). But even if you could find out who it was maybe you still have no way to get your stuff back.

Those pub/saloon are RP'ing. You need to trust your staffs and not just hire anyone who just acrosses your street.

Add: Like Calani said. The script is the smalles problem. It's just one function which needs to be used.
