Events?

Okay, my co manager and I have been fighting over this for a while:
There are two ways we might do events, an events house for all staff ran events, with a warp room where all events can be accessed from, and it would be on an events island that would also have sepperate buildings for player ran events (by catagory), events shop, etc.

The other way is that ALL events would be sepperate, there would be many warp rooms, arranged by catagory. The player would be able to warp there from clicking on a message. Though this would be much harder to script, makes the need for more levels, (more for player ran too) take up space on the gmap, players would not be able to hang out in the events house to wait for events, because there would by about 5 events houses, and it would be harder to add new events.
What do you think?

NPC run events that dont require an Events Team

How? It would be harder to get to specific events, would be harder on staff to organize, create, manager, and players wouldn't be able to warp to a single location everytime.
I plan on making an island, but on it will be the events house for staff ran events, different buildings for player ran events (and I like the idea of NPC ran events, I may try something like that), and shops, hangouts, etc. The only difference between the two plans, is one spreads the staff ran events out so much, so they're harder to find, organize, and script for. And why do you still capatalize the first letter of every word?

Very easy and fun, a long while ago we were using this on babylon when the Events Team unsuprisingly sucked.

Pretty sure G2k1 had something similar, as well as our team on Mithica.

The whole "event house" idea disgusts me. I think Era does it pretty well.

I havn't been on era in a while, but from what I can remember, events are all over the place, you can't warp to them, and there aren't many of them. Although this was a while ago.
