Crater

Another one by me, this time using cliffing in a different way. I've never done something like this before, might be some cliff errors, if so point them out!

Not bad, but I think the middle of the crater where all the dirt is should be detailed in a little more, doesn't look as good with just all that dirt there. and yes I know a "crater" hit it and would leave a big hole with dirt but meh I dunno dont look right.

I think there will be Geologist NPCs or something down there in the future, so it won't look as empty

A few tile errors in the cliff but not bad. I personally don't like it but it get's the job done and it's really the only way you could this type of thing.

On a side note I'm not a fan of those houses.

I don't like it.
It looks to me that the a meteor crashed perfectly straight down without an angle on it. I would suggest making on one side a step like effect in the cliff side trying to show that whatever made the crater (I assume a meteor), came in on an angle.

I would remove most of the green grass and replace it with the more yellow-ish grass if it was a recent crater. If not, well. I'd follow the non-snowball head's advice.
Also, if there is water in the hole, wouldn't there be grass too? =/

The crater is meant to be several thousand years old.
