Crater
1 Attachment(s)
Another one by me, this time using cliffing in a different way. I've never done something like this before, might be some cliff errors, if so point them out!
Feedback accepted as always |
Not bad, but I think the middle of the crater where all the dirt is should be detailed in a little more, doesn't look as good with just all that dirt there. and yes I know a "crater" hit it and would leave a big hole with dirt but meh I dunno dont look right.
|
I think there will be Geologist NPCs or something down there in the future, so it won't look as empty
|
I think its pretty nice except the dirt down there.. its plain
|
A few tile errors in the cliff but not bad. I personally don't like it but it get's the job done and it's really the only way you could this type of thing.
On a side note I'm not a fan of those houses. |
I don't like it.
It looks to me that the a meteor crashed perfectly straight down without an angle on it. I would suggest making on one side a step like effect in the cliff side trying to show that whatever made the crater (I assume a meteor), came in on an angle. |
would be better if it covered more than just that, I'm thinking 2x2 or 3x3 :O!
Looks ok so far though, keep it up! |
Looks nice! if you need any help with Cliffs send me an instant message or something, my contacts is in my profile :)!

I would remove most of the green grass and replace it with the more yellow-ish grass if it was a recent crater. If not, well. I'd follow the non-snowball head's advice.
Also, if there is water in the hole, wouldn't there be grass too? =/ |
If it was a recent crater, why would there be water... <.<
Anyway, nice job. |
It's meant to be an old metor crash site, hence no wreakage and the buildings around it ;p
|
Nice job man I like it its looking good so far
|
No! You should of made the buildling alittle burnt. :(
|
The crater is meant to be several thousand years old.
|
I like everything except the non-houses.
