It depends where you look in game. In the cut scenes he has fingers but when playing he has stubs. It looks like he copied it from ingame and not cutscene. (not copying the image but I mean what you based it off of)

The problem isn't the arms and fingers!

Aside from the funky doo they barely resemble one another x.x

I don't like it very much, for the same reasons that Bloo has mentioned, and the colors are kind of bland..
