It depends where you look in game. :p In the cut scenes he has fingers but when playing he has stubs. It looks like he copied it from ingame and not cutscene. (not copying the image but I mean what you based it off of)

The problem isn't the arms and fingers!

Aside from the funky doo they barely resemble one another x.x
