Unless his dad is some kind of programming god and wrote an emulator that he could get paid a WHOLE lot of money for than this isn't possible.

He didn't do it.
He admitted it himself he was lying in the thread he made about it.

He can do one of two options
  • Wait for Linux Cyberjoueurs to port Graal to Macintosh
  • Get some kind of windows computer

Unless he does one of those things I can't think of any more options for your friend.

Yes Graal will work on Mac in a few weeks
There is already a version that works but it's not finished, just found a solution for some technical problems with OpenGL so it's not far.

Kinda off topic but,

How far is the Linux and GBA versions?

I really want the Linux version. Is it using SDL or OpenGL?

It's using SDL and OpenGL (the plain SDL drawing functions are not so fast anyway on Linux, so OpenGL is the better choice and supports light effects and stuff).

I really hope you at Linux Cyberjoueurs do a good job at making it linux compatible. I have seen some really really ugly ports in my time. The sound always seems to be one of the hardest things to port/implement into linux.

Good Luck!

Oh the sound was very simple, the library we are using works on windows, linux, mac, xbox etc. and is very fast, it worked on my old Linux installation without any problems or tricks.

Wow. Most of the time sound is very tricky (gaming wise) in linux. It must have gotten easier or I am getting forgetful.
