Ok,
My friend (Konvicted)
Was globally banned by Nemisis for harassing a player VIA phone.
It is nowhere in the graal code of conduct that states you cannot do that he would like a word with Stefan or Nemisis Asap

Untrue, it says that you may not conduct illegal activities, and harrasment via phone is very illegal.

And WHERE exactally in the rules does it state this?

He never conducted a Illegal activity its not like he smoked crack.
Prank Calling Is not a Crime if it was then who wouldnt be in jail by now?

Right there. You have infringed upon the household of the player by calling them when they didn't wish to be contacted. Harassment also falls under defamation.

If you want to ban somthing ban The Who-Is Search engines thats how Kon got Ebans mothers cell phone number

In your first post you said that he harassed the recipient, the second one it was just a prank call, and now you're saying he just said "hi"?

Please get consistent. How can we believe what you're saying if you keep changing the story?

He did not "Harass" The person.
He never said he was going to hurt the person of hunt him down at all
All he did was just a few jokes with the guy like Pranks and the guy got all mad and stuff.
