Placing Baritol so close to the coat may be unwise. Capital cities typically shy away from long coastlines, as it leaves them more vulnerable to sea attacks. A few shiploads of men landing in the bay to the left of Barital could quickly overwhelm the city, especially as the troops would traverse quickly over the flat terrain. Placing it where the Forest Sanctuary is currently located may be a better choice.
Placing the castle on a mountain was wise, though if Baritol is moved inland, as I strongly urge it is, it too would have to be moved farther up the range, to stay close to the capital.
As it is currently situated, the Ratlands are in the greatest danger, being so secluded from the other cities. Judging from the name, however, I can't assume you place too much importance on it.

The map is not as accurate as I would like it to be.
Baritol itself is quite inland, just the symbol makes it seem quite close to the coast.
I'll be creating a second, more definitive map later on that will explain things much better.
