The speeder was too fast for such a small map, it needs an own map

They should just make a level thats flat for just speeders and mechs and make it like a gaint mech planet and get lik e a really metal looking tileset!

Shadow, players and bombs are zoomed based on their z coordinate

They already do. That's how the Z heights work on the mortars work too. When the arc starts out, it's about at the same z height as the character, and then eventually rises above the z height of the character, then falls back down to around that level too. If it reaches the end of the arc, an explosion is triggered, and the bomb itself is destroyed.

not for grenades though because they only go through things when u touch them

That isn't something very relevant to flying (also, other servers have had "world maps", although they weren't created using zooming.)

Yeah, the only thing here that I really need is the zooming of te gmap. Other than that, everything else could have been scripted already. It's a very nice addition.

I would upgrade just for this feature, its just that awesome. Alot of neat stuff can be scripted with it that you werent able to before.

Nice Job with that flying stuff. Now Reactivate parties for all levels, and make big level 90 monsters on Kingdoms that can break -80 ac or more, and have ****load of HP/damage, and require you to party up with someone (or some people) to actually take it down, and it should give a few hundred thousand exp. Once you get to level 50 or so physique you can pretty much bile everything in the game, and even lords/worms give just 3k exp at this level.

Both videos were shot in perspective of the person in the blimp. I would like to see what it looks like from someone on the ground....will be interesting to view their perspective of the blimp.

just gonna ask, you know thes lil ship sort things that sit in the dropshops of zone, maybe you could use this new feature and them on zone so in maps you can get in them and battle, and maybe move to to a sort of iricia space battle. (like a dropship where pk is allowed, a teleporter to a uhh i cant think of the word, like a fiant holding area with all the ships, grab a ship, go out, battle other players while trying to lower the enemy dripship sheild defence to 0, land in enemy dropship, take a base, win the game) i think this would be just the best thing ever.

These balloons are great though, i wonder if the normal old zepplins on Gk can fly the same?

for Gk a dogfightign element needs introduces, something like making balloons get hurt by arrows, so basically equip your bow vefore boarding balloon.

Also a storage system!

Maybe store in houses or tie up using pet peg?
Maybe have a place in main island to tie your balloon up? like a big pad with the letter B on it? hehe that be cool.

The new thing is that the Gmap will Zoom out, so it really looks like being up in the air...

But on the other note, I do think the Balloon being tested is kinds boring but the idea of a jetpack and flying up to another world sounds cool.
