I'm going to take 15-20 minutes to post a good comment, and hopefully [@Willa] you're intelligent enough to understand my facts this time.

Now its been about 2 months (?) since the new stats and some of us are realizing how dull the guns are, nearly every gun is the same, especially in tier 2, where 60% of the guns are. Whats worse is that a 40k gun can match a 200k gun, when said player with the 200k gun worked their ass off 4 times more then the player who owns a 40k gun, no fairness intended, apparently.
Then you quit with no legit explanation. Now I know I've ranted about this change, but i'm also speaking from other stand points so don't go on me, I'm just speaking for the people. Many of you players who are on forums a lot own a lot of guns, a lot of money, and you don't care, but for those grinding it day in day out and finally make 100k, they realize that the 40k gun is the same damn thing as the 100k gun.
This all being said, and I can keep going, maybe when regarding your questions or comments, the re-revamp needs to happen, I can care less how much work it would take to fix this problem, you'd get happy players, a larger amount of unique guns, and when making new guns, your not restricted to 3 tiers. Pardon any grammatical errors, this just needs to be heard.
Forgot to mention, we have no gun admin, era staff: stop slacking, start hiring.

Ok you.
The change was hardly a surprise, with how open William is about change.. legitimately EVERYONE was fully aware the gun stats were going to be altered.
(40kx4=160k*)
Stats are set in stone, prices are determined by the players who own them. What do you think is more accurate? If the 200k gun is the same as the 40k gun, buy the 40k gun and the player will have to suck it up and lower their price.
If your argument is about the Shop weapons, that is blamable on the Staff members that [lacking proper Era knowledge] threw in the prices randomly. I'm sure if William was kept on the team, or some other competent person could do it (Maybe Zeus will read up on this and do something) those prices could be reworked.
It isn't a problem. As Slash said, the only people complaining are those who can no longer buy a better gun and automatically be a better PKer. (You, TK, etc.)
We don't need a Guns Admin now that the stats are fixed.. unless you want stuff to be randomly changed and messed up like the past many years.

That said, I agree with WW here. It is my belief (uninformed as it may or may not be) that Wil took the guns and made them into what works best for he and his friends.
There is no perfect system, there will always be complaints about how the current guns are set up. Switching back to the old ones would not prevent this. But, in my opinion, it would make PKing a bit more fun to have the old stats back.

Yes he was fired.
Clearly uninformed. Wil/His Friends/Us were already the best players on the server regardless of the stats because there's more skill to be found in that specific player populace. Being that 'more skill required' was one of the basis for the new stats, it's fairly obvious those skilled players would be better than those sitting here on the forums complaining about it and not learning to PK. Which leads me to believe it was an utter success.
Switching back would have the same, if not more, complaining/fighting/arguing.
Based on obvious assumptions that the unskilled idlers are the ones complaining about the skilled players being better (lol?).. the stats are pretty correct right now.

This could be mostly attributed to the gang change. Activity spiked exactly how we wanted (90-100+ players) but slowly died off because the new system is not even close to being completed. One of the main purposes of the system was to give Gang Points a leigitmate purpose (rather than having them poof every week). That still has not been implemented, making this new system as (or less?.. since the leaderboard is still broken) useful than the previous.
The rest of your argument I can hardly understand, but I will pick out some words:
The argument of [.5 v .1] and [.1 v .15] freeze being the same is completely false. They are much more closely balanced because that is the freeze per bullet. So now lets throw it into a ratio (since freeze works in .05 intervals, I'll give every .05 = 1)
This would come out to be 1:2 vs 2:3 as ratios for freeze time. I seriously don't think they're the same. You can always ask your 2ed grade Math teacher if you don't understand though.

How... doesn't it make sense? (Based on the fact your argument doesn't make sense I'll ignore it)
The gun does limit players to a point (Which is why there are multiple guns... each suited for a specific player style). Obviously a player who can fire 5 bullets a second has a better chance than a player who can only fire 3. But it still depends on how those players fires those bullets (use their guns).
There are (were?) going to be gang guns. Ask Alfonso about that one.
