Forceing people to train on lower teir guns doesn't really make sense in the long run of things, the guns limit to the player... I think the stats should revert back to the old stats on top of that buff 3-4 new really good guns. So that most of all the population would get a Top Teir Gun. but really, gang bases should have weapons for the gang that is occupied in it. maybe make the 3 new top teir guns as the gang guns when you own the base. something. but defently the old stat system and more of a buff than a nerf I think it should have been
