Dex Bracers (dex+2)
Leaf Sheild (+1 speed +1 str)
PMoP (str+1)
Soccer Boots (speed+1-2? dex+2)
FHoM (str+1)
Girdle of Fighting (Str+1)

30 Str, 30 Dex = 5.0 speed, Speed+s = 5.5+ speed =]
