Brad skill isn't the only issue when hiring a new staff member. Scott, Haunter, guys...a manager's responsibility is to moderate and co-ordinate what we're doing. We know our priorities, we don't have to rely on him to tell us. What are we waiting for? Lay off Lance, it's not him...I'd say it's us >_> |
