The higher the rate doesn't make your screen blurry. If your video card supports Vsync, turn it on, other wise, you need to asjust your refresh rate each time you play a game (CS, Graal) because your fps changes. Anything above your refresh rate tears your frames.
And if you set your rate above the supported amount of Hertz it damages your computer and makes it unstable.
Anyway, Radeon 9200 shouldn't give you that problem Brad. Try doing what I said, though your refresh rate shouldn't be a problem, play with the colors. |
