Whoever lets you rent a house can set any rules before hand. If they limit people allowed in at one time you can get evicted for not complying with the rules. (or in this case terms of agreement and such) You agree to their rules. And if they edit them you have to abide by it because of the little part that says rules subject to change without notice. True, but you have rights too. You see, if they take too many things, they are called 'slum-lords.' Obviously graal is not near this, but inching closer.
