I have banned this IP because it is the IP used to create a account upgraded with Credit Card Fraud, this was a very big fraud (Close to 20 accounts) and this account was the first upgraded !
I will not give any details because Police have been contacted ...
So this IP will not be unbanned until we known who have made this Fraud.
I you didn't add enough reason to not let someone else upgrade your account, you will have another one ! Ip Ban !
