You're both right:

Making graphics comes from drawing or GFX programs and when you bring it into Graal it makes it Graal development.

Sounds great, but knowing Graal..I hope your staff generally stays around longer than more then a couple months at a time, so that you don't have to continually hire new ones..Which has happened to other high-profile servers..
