Now, even after I explained that it was against the rules, it'd be bad for me to do, and it'd be bad for him to accept something like that (let alone encourage it), he still insisted that I should do it "just this once" for him. I even explained how it'd teach him that if he asked enough administrators, someone'd be corrupt - he didn't care, he just said "plz" again. -_-

In short, the forum rules are not based on what a minority of the people want. Hell, they're not even based on what a majority of the people want. This is a dicatorship, not a democracy. An arguably benevolant dictatorship, but a dictatorship nonetheless. There's no rule about posting off-topic stuff; it is allowed (excluding other violations of the rules, of course). Same goes for arguments, so long as they don't get out of hand. This one didn't - it didn't result to a pathetic flame war, although some of you people are attempting to start one against the moderators.

First of all, you're trying to relate countries and governments here... and it's not at all working for you. First of all, all the global staff should care about the customer. Face it... Graal Online is not a government.... And since you have to pay for it, IT'S A BUSINESS.

Which is why I said it, because I knew you wouldn't care. It's what I've been trying to explain to them since the beginning. But no, they have to drag it out into some kind of war, and try to make me look like some terrible monster that goes around sexually harassing women. You guys seriously need to devote more time into trying to make this community enjoyable and friendly, instead of arguing whether or not you're petty bickering is against the rules. If my post was such a problem, Kaimetsu could have removed it, contacted me, or lyndzey, talked it out, and everything would have been fine. But he has to take the public route, so that he can rub in his intelligence all along the way.

The debate had already started on the board, and I didn't see any reason to restrict it to private media. The thread's purpose had already been fulfilled, there was no stigma to off-topic posting.

This reminds me sort of how GPs used to handle profanity in profile cases by taking into account that you didn't necessarily HAVE TO look in the profile, when the answer is clear as day that the profanity should be removed and the person spend time in jail or get banned.
