I saw this thread title and i saw someone say "****ing", so i typed the F-word... but yeah there needs to be taken care of words like assasin which will get censored... but i do see less swearing, good job

I'd say there's no way to catch them all... there are too many ways to insult someone, using non-insultive words. It's the intend which counts, not the word itself...
Still, this system is a good start.

Accidently using a filtered word is probably not a problem, Jagen said
'1st warning for exessive swearing'. But sometimes people say 20 different sentences using filtered words or using it frequently in mass messages or harassing single persons, that is seen as 'exessive'.

Sad that there has to be a word filter when the Admins can't even trust the players to be nice and not harass anyone.

true true... but there is alot of people out there that cant behave..

Problem with the filter though... It blocks out profanity that is spaced, but that also means it blocks out normal words that are put together in a sentence. For example:

"off again"
"he's hit"
"ammo for"
"konidias says"

Each of these would be blocked because profanity is spelled out in the middle. The system is a little extreme when you can't even speak without it blocking what you say.

I think we have a problem here... Alot of swedish words cannot be used anymore. Cuz they are like an english cuss word. :/ thats bad... i think someone should look this up

"s-l-u-t" end on swedish ... and alot more such words ...
