No, you're not saying that, or at least you weren't. You're changing your story to attempt to not look foolish.

You said copyrights do not need to be registered anywhere - blanket statement. Then, when Pickles and I disagreed, citing that in order to file a lawsuit you would need to register your copyright, you told us they did not know what they were talking about.

And, lawsuits related to graal graphics are moot, since they are not the legal property of any of us, only Stefan's. While the in-game rules may limit what servers can use them, one server cannot claim court-of-law legal ownership of a graphic, only in-game "ownership" of a graphic.

And, do you have any idea what you are talking about? "One register on all content made by playerworlds"? Do you realize the impossibility of this statement?

All content sumited to GraalOnline is theres right? So that must mean all of it is copyrighted.

That copyright rule.... erm law actually that Graal has needs to be updated.

They need to specify now about the new servers and such, there is too much confusion.

Uh, do you know the difference between "copyright" and "registered copyright"? You must register something with the copyright office to have a registered copyright. You can't register all the things you will be making, before they're made. Again, your words were "registered copyright" and not merely "copyright". Make up your mind about what it is you're trying to say.

I think it's good that they keep the same policy regarding all work uploaded to the payed servers is still their property, it will save them many headaches and is a good contract term to avoid players who try to take legal action over silly things.
