Okay, make it 25 gems for 5% of matching resistance to be used on armour - but only those without other specials, so no berwean with fire resistance. Or maybe, make it like enchant armour, that you need more to get a berwean with resistance (75 of any gems shouldn't be too easy). For weapons, I think it'd require the possibility to make additional attacks weaker or stronger - like 4 levels of attacktype, 1 requires 25 gems, 2 50 and 3 75 or such, while 4 is blessed... |
