Locked Improvment Thread on Service

Thyme locked a thread regarding customer service. Why? Because he didn't like somones attitude. This is a buisness, and we pay for it. Graal might as well charge 10 bucks extra if they want customer service because it seems you guys just want money, and only respond to it. I will say now, after Thymes thread I will never reupgrade my account or anyone elses again. That is a bad example of how to run customer service or anything else. Ah yes, when I have signed up for other online games, their admins and support always said things like "And I want you to curl up and die, because not everything in the universe revolves around you." Go Graal.

Support on other games are employees paid by there employers. Tyhm (you spelled it wrong, its pronounced like "Tim" as well) is a volunteer, not a paid employee, so are most, if not all of the staff on Graal. The players basically make Graal. If you want to pay 10-15 a month for things EQ, and UO, Get tech support and service, and things of that nature, more power to you. You are just upset because you cannot get what you get on Graal for the same price elsewhere.

So, if I pay 14 bucks a month for EQ, and 14 bucks a month for Graal... I get nothing from Graal? I can see how that works, not. Maybe Stefan and Unixmad need to find another way to make money, because I can see it's not going to good use.

You don't know the context, so don't assume that Tyhm's actions were unjustified. And if you still want to complain despite this ignorance, did it via a medium other than forum posts.
