Ah yes, when I have signed up for other on-line games, their admins and support always said things like "And I want you to curl up and die, because not everything in the universe revolves around you." Go Graal.

Support on other games are employees paid by there employers. Tyhm (you spelled it wrong, its pronounced like "Tim" as well) is a volunteer, not a paid employee, so are most, if not all of the staff on Graal. The players basically make Graal. If you want to pay 10-15 a month for things EQ, and UO, Get tech support and service, and things of that nature, more power to you. You are just upset because you cannot get what you get on Graal for the same price elsewhere.
