I will have only warned if he wasn't making like i were aware of this server, what i wasn't.

But i am not a so bad man and i will unbann him in a week if he agree to not advertise his products on Graal any more.

About Toys we had some toys on Graal shop a few months ago but this was stopped by cafepress.com so we don't have them any more. But i will be really interested to have some Graal figure for sell in the future.

Spark, it's all open to interpretation man. Like I said, I don't think many people were aware of Graalonline selling toys. Draygin was perfectly within his right because this knowledge was not known to him Before Unix said anything. So basically, if Graal didn't sell toys, then the rule would not apply because Fraggo Online would not be a competitor. Why anyone would buy a "shoulder action figure" is beyond me anyway. lol...The whole concept is just idiotic.

It never even occured to me to check the EULA. It's been a long time since I've read that thing maybe I should brush up.

Yes you where right that it was against the rules and to the people I got into the debate about I apologize I have no problem accepting when I'm in the wrong. I just wish some one had thought to check the EULA sooner it would have made things alot easier. :P

I didnt know the Graal Store had toys. I thought it was just T-Shirts and stuff. That right there would have made it competitive. Even if the EULA didnt specify.

Also Unixmad you should think of Bomy Stuffed animals. ;P Although I dont think they would be as popular as they would have been a year ago.

Thanks for the Clarification Unixmad.

I would say no more idiotic than pokemon or DBZ and look how those turned out and let me just clarify and say that I hate Pokemon and DBZ.

Don't worry about it , we all make mistakes and you were just duped by this guy is all as some others were. I knew of the rules I just it seems didn't make it clear enough but since Unixmad stepped in and made it clear I am happy with the outcome. In the future I will post all of what I know and where it came from to backup my claims. I only am following the rules as I understand them ; I also understand about Business and conflict of interest being I was in Sales and Marketing Dairy products for 25 years. Alls well that ends well.

Personally, I don't think advertising some random bad toy will effect graal's cashflow. But then again, this guy's an idiot. Thank you for laying the banhammar down.

Correct, I would say that is just you. There is no reason or terms in which a court case could be summoned for a sueing of this person.

True...
I hate it when people are on a sueing frenzy.
It goes to show their stupidity on how they live their lives and think about money and greed.

But, thats just my opinion.

Remember that when you start paying insurance premiums, all that suing is paid for by you the consumer of the insurance. That is why all insurance is so high now.

Insurance generally seems like a bad idea to me. It's like gambling with unfair odds.

Maybe so Kai, but it really helped me out in my car accident. Good thing it was the fault of the lady that didn't yield at an intersection and ran into me...

So you got lucky and it benefitted you. That's not the case with most people - the rates are purposefully calculated such that you are likely to get out less than you pay in.

It's the law in the US that people have to have at least Liability insurance. Because people would get into car accidents and then not have the money to pay for the other persons car. So even if people dont like it they're forced into it. It's nice in some ways though. Because yes you're paying a monthly fee. But then when something does happen you dont have to come up with thousands of dollars to cover accidents. Medical/Vehicals etc.. Of course you're going to be paying more than if you had just kept putting your money in the bank.(Like most people would be responsible enough to do that.;x) But if it didnt cost more. No Insurance companies would exist due to lack of profit.

It wasn't my insurance that I benefited from. It was hers...hehe

Still, it's good to know that you are covered financially if something bad happens.
