yes I'm aware of what it means and he is contradicting himself. Here let me simplify it for you...
The tutorial was for a specific type of level in which Mykel stated it only helped little.
He then goes on to say if you're making this type of level it helps alot.
Thus a complete contradiction in a post 3 sentences long.
