1) Lord of the Rings is a book, not a company. And the author is dead. Who would be doing the suing?
2) Nobody would really be interested in suing Graal over such a tiny reference.
3) I doubt that such obscure terms can be the base for lawsuits

But I agree that it should be changed.

The mudlib is called "open source"...... anyone can use it. (If I'm not mistaken)

And yeah, the Tolkien Estate is pretty anal about using his material, so.... it was obviously just a mistake on someone's part, one of those things which slips through the cracks, but hopefully it will be changed. Maybe to "Horn of the Earls" which has sorta the same ring without being copyrighted (I hope )

Even though I'm glad I was born an American, I believe that the USA is totally fudgind up. People took the constitution and twisted it and manulated it just to fit the way they wanted things.
