How long does it take to reach level 5? A few hours, maybe? Then there you go, it just gets more difficult after that.

Graal is going to loose more players this way when they know it takes weeks to reach levels beyond 10.

No it isn't. It'd lose more if the newbies saw that everybody was, almost by default, much higher than them. People want to start playing without seeing that every other player is two hundred levels above them because it only takes x days to get that high.

Come on, level 10 shouldn't be considered a godly level, it should still be considered a weak level, and levels above it shouldnt be insane to reach.

You throw a lot of 'shoulds' but what is the reason? Really, it's just because you want to be a higher level. Why shouldn't ten be considered godly? Is there something wrong with the number ten?

I think what were all trying to say is that we want a better EXP system that doesen't make playing Graal a chore when it comes to leveling up.

Every MMORPG is a chore when it comes to levelling up, it's part of the fun in a twisted way. If the rewards are worth it then it makes for a good game.
