Ok this is marked from a begginers point of view, as I take it your starting out at levels or haven't had much time to be as creative with the tiles!

Cliffs:
There good in some places but lack in others, I can see you tried to make them good then sort of bot bored as they are too straight, try and wind them around a bit. The grass on it is also a bit too straight and boring.
See Attachment

Houses:
Nice idea here, but I feel the doorways are far too big and so makes it look plain and blank.

River:
The river is good, I only started using these tiles recently, try and make the river more windey.
See Attachment
Also try and add bits to the dirt by the river
See Attachment.

Grass Detail:
Thats coming along but try and use a bigger range of tiles, instead of just a few of them! Also try and not repeat the same tiles too much in one level, if your running out of ideas, add a pond with a bench and trees maybe. For other detail ideas
See Attachment

Sparks Begginer Rating: 7/10
-Alot of things you could have added

Sparks Normal Rating: 5/10
-Its got good ideas, develop them more! This is marked agains all the levels Ive ever seen, so ignore this really. But I like to put it in anyway.

Pathway
Make the pathway a bit more curvy
that will make it more good looking

Grass Detail
Well, look at sparks attachment, he made a great
grass looking area

River
Make the deep water more curvy, and also the dirt around it
see attachment

Bushes
Try not to add choptdown bushes in one place

Other
Try to add mushrooms, but be careful and dont
put them in places where they can block, cuase they can easily
annoy people.
You can also add thoose small rocks

K.. First thing.
Cons-
1.Your river is extremely thick, lower it down a bit, and increase the randomness of it.
2.Your path has the same thing in it, make it more random. It looks like you used Path Gen.
3.It's best not to use default dirt tiles. Upper left, don't do that.
4.You're grass (The ones that bring elevation ) need to be random aswell. It looks like a "Z " is the basic shape for all of them.
5. The beach Tile error in the upper right-hand Corner. Fix that.
6. Use more of this tile.
See Attachment
Pros-
1.The water in your river looks pretty realistic.
2. Your houses are creative, but don't use those too much.
3. I like the way you detailed in the dirt.

******'s Regular Rating- 6/10

Yeah I started doing it and everyone else has aswell! =( Oh well I rarther people rated them like that! As people have a detailed review and also people get a visual view as everyone is attaching attachment too! Which is great as begginers can see what we mean instead of guessing what we mean from a few words!
