What exactly was the point of switching anyway? What was wrong with just having PWA?

We don't have a clue of what unixmad is thinking off with this new "council", that , I guess, is one of the reasons we're (some of us) pissed off.

why do you, and other *****s like you, insist on creating more variations on the already retarded enough word "newbie", and insist on calling people it, when you yourself, no one knows or CARES about.

stop existing.[/off-topic]

i got a pretty good laugh outta that, lmao. But anyway, its even kinda like stefan has not had an opinion in anything, everything is Unix, and he is driving graal into the ground, the people of graal dont want a million rules, he has to understand that a majority of people that play graal are between 12 and 18, not 30-40, so we dont want many rules, it bugs us, i remember my favorite time on graal is when i first started like 2 years ago, ahhhh, old delteria, there wasnt a care in the world, we had a horrible owner (yes OWNER, ) but we didnt care, and there was a low disire to be staff. We pked in oldbarionsquare, and all the noobies went into hooters to heal. Hooters was the ****, they hired workers and everything, omg, it was teh best. I miss that...

This council will have supreme power it seems. So why bother having PWA? Because if you got rid of them everyone would hate the council.

Of course, I still don't like this idea; unless it makes reviews quicker (which is impossible on a vote basis). This is gonna make most staff powerless.

Mister i0wnYou[1] (a council member) comes online.

GP makes mass joke "har har faqqots , har har"

council takes down server for immature behavior

if you want a council, then graal is not for you, it's taking the power from powerless regions. Server owners won't be able to run their servers how they want ;'(

Which is VERY similar to Contego's HRO system, now that I think about it...

HoudiniMan will become famous soon enough
I disagree with this "council" idea entirely for these reasons:

1) It will either consist of the people who already make decisions or those hand chosen my Unix out of his "in-crowd"

2) It's pointless all together, what more do we get by having a council? Nothing. Just a different way to manage... bringing me to number 3...

3) If it ain't broke, don't fix it. We are doing fine with Nemesis managing all PWs and no council, also the PWA is the single most hard working, reliable, un-corrupt branch of administration there is... now we phase it out? what does that possibly accomplish?

Food for thought.
