The shallow water edges are basically completely errors. The grass is spread out and it should be in clumps, rather than scattered (at least in my opinion).

Try to take real factors into example.
If the light is coming from the left, the mushrooms would generally grow on the right hand side of something, as if it were in the shade. Also, the house doesn't have any shadow tiles underneath it, so I find it gets stuck between the idea of floating, and the idea that it was squashed on to the ground.

Ummm, mabye I'll post more later.

Finish up that pond. Put a few trees in. If you are just starting, play with tiles alot to see which ones go where(such as those that link trees).

Spark910 has a spectacular aura about
Pond : Finish this, there are holes of grass!
Tree House:That roof doesnt go with it (But nice creative idea)
Grass: Add more detail such as some swamp, flowers, cut swamp, rocks, mushrooms

Have a playabout

Spark's Rating:2/10 <<--Not bad for first try

It is still good to have some aspects of realism within it.

It still has to look pretty and nice and cool or else people wont like it and will just mock it.
