This is the way I plan to go about guild deletions. Give every guild two weeks to atleast log in and update the database. I'll go through all 500+ guilds @_@ and any I don't see updated database and no activity for a time period of 1 month will be deleted. Of course this is going to take place when I think everybody has had due time to get the word and update. If they're deleted and didn't want it deleted, then just put in a request to have it remade. But it'll follow all rules any other request in the queue (atleast 10 supporters, no matching IP's, accounts, etc., etc.)
I believe this is fair enough for everybody and the majority of you have said this is how you prefer it to be handled.
As far as guild reviews go, the e-mail recieved upon rejection isn't completely accurate anymore. For you all know that in a weeks time, the queue can fill up to 300+ guilds, so I review, accept, delete guilds weekly instead of monthly. If I did these reviews monthy, it would take a ghastly, long time to go through them. I'm also going to request to have the amount of supporters raised until futher notice as it seems that 10 supporters is a far too easy task nowadays.
If you have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to e-mail me at the following address:

I'm not sure if I am receiving any e-mails sent to
[email protected] yet, so e-mail my poizon e-mail until futher notice. If you do e-mail me, make sure it is relevant and your question is accurate and concise. I will not respond to flame e-mails, playerworld guild e-mails, etc. You get my point.
One of my biggest mottos is an often heard one and I'm not sure who made the original quote. I've added a little of my own.
My Motto: Helping others depends on the willingness of others to be helped. So in turn -- Help me to help you; and in the end, maybe we can all be happy and satisfied.
