Sorry, but midis are not illegal. Like whoever it was that said it, they are MADE BY EAR, because they can't exactly be ripped, since songs in games aren't originally midis.
Companies do NOT make midis a legal issue. They on't have the time to worry about something as trivial as THAT.
Graal itself is nearly an exact copy of the Nintendo game Zelda. The sprite movements are similar, the sword attacking is similar, the bad guys are similar, as well as so many other things (bushes, rocks, spin attack, etc). But, it's not EXACTLY the same, right?
Graal was made by someone who was "creating it by ear", so to speak. It's not exactly the same, but close. Graal has no right to complain about stolen or blatant copies of someone else's idea. |
