Date you signed up for the account will be one way. The IP address the account was most used is another way. Several ways of proving the account is yours.

Like they said, wait for Tig or Bell, or maybe Gabriel for changing ur Password after approving it is your account. If you have the mail to the account you want it shouldnt be an issue, just mail them from THAT account, should be proof enough.
