ya man i have this account, i created it fron the client but i misspelled it, and i had to go creat a email with yahoo so i can get emails, but ilost the password for it, and i have request a new one 2 times alredy and still have not got the confirmation email, i have email support, tig, and Gabriel a few times now with no help, is there anythig ANY one can do i have over 500k in gund on ers, i cannot rember the last 2 #s of my grall#, all i know its Graal10151_3 i belive, i have paid for gold on that account aswell if thast helps to track it down

Patience, they will respond. Give it at least 48 hours if you haven't done so already. I suggest contacting Xor as well due to his activity.

The best way would be to remember your email adress you used for this account. If you do so, you can easily recover your password on graalonline.com.
I would also say contact bell, but she is inactive at the moment. But it should worth a try ? [email protected]
Make sure you can identify yourself.

Well 6sixty6 Graal number is Graal778529. "/lookup 6sixty6" on Era and it tells you the Graal numbers and vise-versa.

You can look at your paypal if that is how you bought gold for the order #, then they can reset your password. If you can remember your account name, and email name you could try e-mail support. Tig and Bell have been very helpful to me in the past. But then again, Tig kinda know's me pretty well so confirming my identity is pretty easy.

Your best bet is just be patient and they will respond... did you use the support [at] graalonline.com email or e-mail them directly? I prefer to use support e-mail, works well for me.

DUDE it not this account i lost password from, it s a graal 1milloion account its like 10151__, ya i cant remember the last 2 and im getting ****ed from my 500k on that account

Without proving that the account is yours Era will not do any transfers. Try requesting a new password again http://graalonline.com/accounts/lostpass this time make sure you check your spam box. Only request the password once and give it about 10-15 minutes.

Now you are just being rude. I said try it again, maybe you missed that part. You will either have to wait for the email to arrive or wait for a global to fix your issue. They are going to want to verify that the account is yours so make sure you have all information about the account ready.

Date you signed up for the account will be one way. The IP address the account was most used is another way. Several ways of proving the account is yours.

Nobody is saying that the account isn't yours but if you want the items off the account you have to prove it's yours. You should show the people that are trying to help you respect. Being rude will just make people not want to help or even talk to you. They aren't just going to give you items because you say an account is yours. See what I mean? Anyway Graal Password reset acts up a lot and I am not surprised it messed up at all. So like I said before you will either have to wait for the email to show up or wait for a global to respond. Check your spam back and if you have a delete all spam button on your email you might want to check the trash as well.

Man you are a pain really, shut up now. People are trying to help you and you act like a completly idiot. Like they said, wait for Tig or Bell, or maybe Gabriel for changing ur Password after approving it is your account. If you have the mail to the account you want it shouldnt be an issue, just mail them from THAT account, should be proof enough.

sixty, like tash said. Check your spam folder. graal is marked as spam in 99.99% of the time I hever EVER played graal over the last 11 years.

Also 6 days, wait longer. Sometimes it takes seriously 2 weeks or longer. Thats normal.
