ya man i have this account, i created it fron the client but i misspelled it, and i had to go creat a email with yahoo so i can get emails, but ilost the password for it, and i have request a new one 2 times alredy and still have not got the confirmation email, i have email support, tig, and Gabriel a few times now with no help, is there anythig ANY one can do i have over 500k in gund on ers, i cannot rember the last 2 #s of my grall#, all i know its Graal10151_3 i belive, i have paid for gold on that account aswell if thast helps to track it down

Patience, they will respond. Give it at least 48 hours if you haven't done so already. I suggest contacting Xor as well due to his activity.

Well 6sixty6 Graal number is Graal778529. "/lookup 6sixty6" on Era and it tells you the Graal numbers and vise-versa.

You can look at your paypal if that is how you bought gold for the order #, then they can reset your password. If you can remember your account name, and email name you could try e-mail support. Tig and Bell have been very helpful to me in the past. But then again, Tig kinda know's me pretty well so confirming my identity is pretty easy.
Your best bet is just be patient and they will respond... did you use the support [at] graalonline.com email or e-mail them directly? I prefer to use support e-mail, works well for me. Quote:

sixty, like tash said. Check your spam folder. graal is marked as spam in 99.99% of the time I hever EVER played graal over the last 11 years.
Also 6 days, wait longer. Sometimes it takes seriously 2 weeks or longer. Thats normal. |
