That seems to be the smart move. Mp5 was never meant to deal 21 damage, and PBP was nerfed to 24 for a reason, haha.
+25 healing is a huge deal, I can heal fully in 5 ticks (as opposed to 13). It honestly makes defending too simple, especially with the heal room fully doored off. Someone can legit heal 50hp or ~half hp before you can break down the door to chase them. +15 would be better imo, you get the bonus but you can't necessarily abuse that bonus.
Currently if you don't waste 45 seconds (enough time for them to come back to the base and kill you) to capture the base, you're fighting an inevitable loss with the insane healing they get as a reward for what... having the most members or being the first one to capture to the base?
There is nothing involved in standing still for 45 seconds that implies such a modifier as 2.5x healing to be granted.
Owning the base gives door access and points over time, it honestly needs nothing more imo. I've been on both sides of this too so don't call it a qq. I could already take down 4+ guys with ease going back and forth between the three central doors, but now I can do it without dropping under 100hp because I grab a +25 tick every time I swap doors.
To be honest those bonuses are the updates you'd expect from someone whose never PKed in their life; oh wait. At least make it reasonable.
