well, u associate "busting your ass" as making money on era, this is because jobs r boring and staff (idk y, maybe cuz they're noobs?) won't make pking an effective way to earn money
by implementing this, making money would be fun and it's as if money IS handed to you, basically like playing cod: u have fun ranking up and getting more guns, u dont have to go and pick flowers or mine lmao..the person who originally made era was so dumb to not understand this, and so was every manager that came after him it seems
