This is beyond stupid. The bounty could be placed on someone who is somewhere (most likely unstick me) idling / talking to friends and not pking. Then I'm guessing there would be some sort of thing saying "clear bounty", in which you could repeat the process again, only to have the same thing happen, repeatedly.

Maybe you could sign up for being put on bounty via this Hitman, and if a player is selected for bounty, they will be alerted. If a player stays outside a No-PK zone long enough while on bounty without being caught, then they get a sum of money? So then you avoid the issue of player in No-PK zones.

Yeah that is why i don't like the bounty hunter system, it always seems that they are busy taking a crap in unstick me. You don't even get the bounty if you kill the bountied in spar... wtf.

Actually, isn't that how the bounty system currently works?

The person is totally unaware that they have the bounty on them. So they will be PK'ing and not know about the hit on them. You have 10 minutes to kill that person then the contract resets or you can reset it after 3 minutes if the person is idling/not pking etc..Unlike the other bounty system, this one you can kill players in events for the bounty.

You are rewarded a cash prize+1revive for sparring+kill bounty points..

After your kill bounty points go up you so does your rank/kill bounty level. You start to obtain more cash+1 extra revive on each level (5 levels total)

These kill bounty points will count as your rank, and will unlock certain features never seen before on Era after each level is reached. Aswell another reward will be added to it but we are currently working on it on Era Dev.(something new we cannot disclose)

So it sounds like your aim, James, is to replace the old bounty system, whereas my idea would just add to it. I don't see why we couldn't have both

2.I imagine it would be hard to run in circles when everyone in the immediate area is trying to get your bounty for their gang.

3.This would be in addition to the current bounty system.

4. If armor is allowed in the event, I imagine Juggernauts would be as well.

Had to stop reading there because this was a stupid question. No, the current system allows you to choose who you want to place a bounty on. (only people who are online.) Then they have a skull over there head which means there's a bounty on there head.
